Trustor definition

Trustor means a borrower under a deed of trust, who deeds property to a trustee as security for the payment of a debt.
Trustor has the meaning specified in the first sentence of this Agreement.
Trustor means the institution designated as such in the Trust Agreement and its permitted successors.
