Trustee's Certificate definition

Trustee's Certificate means a certificate completed and executed by the Trustee by a Responsible Officer pursuant to Section 15.02, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to UAC, Exhibit 1, and in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, Exhibit 2.

Trustee's Certificate means a certificate completed and executed for the Trustee by a Trustee Officer pursuant to SECTION 9.2, substantially in the form of, in the case of an assignment to the Seller, EXHIBIT E-1 and in the case of an assignment to the Servicer, EXHIBIT E-2.
