Trustee or Trustees definition

Trustee or Trustees means each Person who has signed this Declaration as a trustee, so long as such Person shall continue in office in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other Persons who may from time to time be duly appointed, qualified and serving as Trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof, and references herein to a Trustee or the Trustees shall refer to such Person or Persons solely in their capacity as trustees hereunder.

• Whenever an officer is absent or disabled, or whenever for any reason the Trustees may deem it desirable, the Trustees may delegate the powers and duties of an officer or officers to any other officer or officers or to any Trustee or Trustees.

Trustee or Trustees means the banks, trust companies or other financial institutions with trust powers acting from time to time as trustees for the Trust Funds pursuant to ARTICLE XI.
