Trustee Expenses definition

Trustee Expenses means the trustee expenses set forth in the Trustee and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter and any other accrued and unpaid fees, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses) and indemnity amounts payable by the Borrower or the Servicer to the Trustee under the Transaction Documents.
Trustee Expenses means Expenses incurred by the Trustee or any receiver in preparing and executing the trusts in the Trust Deed (including any Taxes required to be paid, the costs of realising any security and the Trustee’s remuneration).
Trustee Expenses means the fees and expenses of the Trustee set forth in Section 7.04 of this Indenture.

  • If the Trustee is removed upon three months’ written notice pursuant to paragraph (4) of the section entitled “Removal of Trustee” above, all costs and expenses (including the Trustee’s legal costs) properly incurred by the Trustee in respect of such removal shall be Trustee Expenses.

Trustee Expenses. The reasonable out-of-pocket expenses to be paid to the Trustee under and in accordance with the Backup Servicer and Trustee Fee Letter.
Trustee Expenses means all costs, losses, liabilities and expenses of or incurred by or on behalf of the Second Creditor in its role as Trustee under the Trust Deed (including any remuneration owing to the Second Creditor) and which are not Enforcement Expenses.
