Trustee Company means a company (being the Company or an Associated Company) that is a trustee of an occupational pension scheme; and

Trustee Company means Public Trust and any trustee company within the meaning set out in the Trustee Companies Act 1967;

Trustee Company means a company incorporated for the purpose of undertaking or offering to undertake, as a whole or a part of its business, all or any of the duties of a trustee and which is registered under the Trustee Companies Act 1988;
