Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. Subject to Section 15.01, the Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XV in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article XV shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Sections 7.05 or 11.01.
Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness. Nothing in this Article shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Fifteen shall apply to the claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under and pursuant to Section 907.
Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. (a) The Trustee in its individual capacity or in any other capacity may hold Senior Indebtedness with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee.
Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. Subject to the applicable provisions of the TIA, the Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 3 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at anytime held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness.
Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. Subject to Section 5.01, the Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article Five in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Five shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Sections 6.06 or 7.07.

The Trustee shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Indebtedness of PEC at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness of PEC. Nothing in this Article shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.
