The Trustees shall cause to be prepared at least annually and more frequently to the extent and in the form required by law, regulation or any exchange on which Trust Shares are listed a report of operations containing a balance sheet and statement of income and undistributed income of the Trust prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and an opinion of an independent public accountant on such financial statements.
After each “employee group” pension plan has been allocated their Trust Shares, those shares will then be allocated to provide the following benefits to members, to the maximum extent permitted by the money available.
