Trust Safekeeping Account definition

Trust Safekeeping Account means a wallet that is not online and not connected to the internet, used for “deep” cold storage of the Trust's SOLs where they are not readily accessible and can only be accessed as provided by the rules of the Custodian.

  • A Purchaser who places a Purchase Order shall deliver the Bitcoin Purchase Amount to the (i) Bitcoin Account, the Trust Storage Account, the Trust Safekeeping Account, at the Sponsor’s instruction or (ii) a cash denominated account, at the direction of the Sponsor or its delegate, in each case by no later than 6:00 p.m., Eastern time on the Purchase Order Day.

  • Upon receipt of the Bitcoin Purchase Amount, the Custodian or delegated agent, as the case may be, shall transfer the Bitcoin Purchase Amount to the Trust Storage Account, the Trust Safekeeping Account or a cash account, as applicable.
