Trust Receipt and Initial Certification. As defined in Section 2.02(a). Trustee: U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, and any successor thereto, as provided herein.
