Trust Property definition

Trust Property means as of any particular time any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which at such time is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or the Trustees in such capacity.
Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or, if the Trust has established one or more Series, any such Series as the context shall require.
Trust Property means (a) the Notes, (b) any cash on deposit in, or owing to, the Payment Account and (c) all proceeds and rights in respect of the foregoing and any other property and assets for the time being held or deemed to be held by the Property Trustee pursuant to the trusts of this Trust Agreement.

Examples of Trust Property in a sentence

  • Except for the exercise of testamentary powers of appointment, and unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, only beneficiaries who have a present right to distribution from Trust Property shall be authorized to exercise the powers given to beneficiaries in this Agreement.

  • If it is necessary to provide institutionalized care for the Settlor, the Trustee is authorized to use as much of Trust Property as the Trustee deems advisable to provide for the Settlor’s spouse in a manner consistent with government requirements and regulations relating to financial provision for a non-institutionalized spouse, including but not limited to a qualified Medicaid spousal annuity.

  • With regard to investments, during the lifetime of Settlor every trustee shall follow any express desire of the Settlor so far as timing, manner, character and quality of investments are concerned, including investing Trust Property in commodities and securities options or investments relating to these.

  • From and after the death of the Settlor, the provisions of this Article IV shall apply with regard to all interests in Trust Property, except for the interests of Xxxxxxx’s surviving spouse.

  • In addition, the Trustee’s annual accounting shall list, in summary, all assets of Trust Property which have been unproductive or, in the opinion of the Trustee, under-productive, with the notice that “The Trustee is authorized to continue to hold unproductive and under-productive assets of Trust Property, unless and until the majority of the Trust’s beneficiaries shall direct that any such asset be disposed of in order to make its value more productive.


More Definitions of Trust Property

Trust Property means (a) the Debentures, (b) any cash on deposit in, or owing to, the Property Account and (c) all proceeds and rights in respect of the foregoing and any other property and assets for the time being held or deemed to be held by the Institutional Trustee pursuant to the trusts of this Declaration.
