Examples of Trust Premises in a sentence
The Beneficiary may be a purchaser of the Trust Premises or of any part thereof or of any interest therein at any sale thereof, whether pursuant to power of sale, foreclosure or otherwise, and the Beneficiary may apply upon the purchase price thereof the indebtedness secured hereby owing to the Beneficiary.
If any notice of any proposed sale, assignment or transfer by the Beneficiary of any portion of the Trust Premises or any interest therein is required by law, the Trustor conclusively agrees that ten (10) days notice to the Trustor of the date, time and place (and, in the case of a private sale, the terms) thereof is reasonable.
In accordance with the laws of the State, this Deed of Trust shall remain effective as a fixture filing until this Deed of Trust is released or satisfied of record or its effectiveness otherwise terminates as to the Trust Premises.
The letting of Trust Premises and Grounds should always be subject to a formal contract, even when the Hirer or User is connected to the Trust.
Nothing contained in this Section shall be construed to limit in any way the Trustee's rights to sell the Trust Premises by private sale if, and to the extent, that such private sale is permitted under the laws of the State or by public or private sale after entry of judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction ordering the same.
