Trust Notes definition

Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement.
Trust Notes means the Series 1 Trust Notes, Series 2 Trust Notes and Series 3 Trust Notes, collectively.
Trust Notes means the Trust Notes — Series 2016-A and any other instruments representing subordinated unsecured debt obligations of the Trust as may be issued and outstanding under the Series 2016-A Indenture from time to time.

Trust Notes means the Trust Notes — Series 2017-A of the Trust, representing a series of junior subordinated unsecured debt obligations, due ·, 2077.
Trust Notes means promissory notes of the Trust that may be created and issued from time to time, that are subordinated and unsecured, have a maturity of five years or less, are prepayable at any time at the Trust’s option prior to maturity, and pay an annual rate of interest equal to the Canada Five-Year Yield, payable monthly in arrears;
