Trust Materials definition

Trust Materials means any prospectus, registration statement, statement of additional information, proxy solicitation and tender offer materials, annual or other periodic report of the Trust or any advertising, marketing, shareholder communication, or promotional material generated by the Trust or its investment adviser from time to time, as appropriate, including all amendments or supplements thereto.
Trust Materials means any prospectus, statement of additional information, supplement, registration statement, including material agreements as filed with Part C thereof, N-14, exemptive application, proxy statement or proxy solicitation materials, manager information statement, board materials, board minutes or other periodic report of the Trust or a Fund as applicable, or any advertising, marketing, Shareholder communication, or promotional material generated by the Trust, an Investment Adviser or sub-adviser on behalf of a Fund from time to time, as appropriate. Trust Materials shall also include all amendments or supplements to any of the foregoing. Any Trust Materials prepared by Administrator shall be subject to review by Fund Counsel. The Administrator is not responsible for Trust Materials.

Related to Trust Materials

These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.
