Trust Foundation definition

Trust Foundation means Stichting Administratiekantoor uniQure B.V., a foundation organised under the laws of the Netherlands, having its registered office in Amsterdam Zuidoost, at Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 XX, xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx.
Trust Foundation has the meaning given in the opening of this Agreement.
