Trust Estates definition

Trust Estates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Trust Estates shall have the meanings set forth in the Trust Agreements and “Trust Estate” shall mean either of them.
Trust Estates has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a). “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of New York; provided, however, that in the event that, by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the perfection or priority of, or remedies with respect to, any Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of New York, the term “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in effect in such other jurisdiction solely for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection, priority or remedies. Examples of Trust Estates in a sentence

  • Any such indemnification will only be recoverable from the applicable Trust Estate or Trust Estates.

  • The Notes shall be non-recourse obligations of the Issuer and shall be limited in right of payment to amounts available from the Trust Estates, as provided in this Indenture.

More Definitions of Trust Estates

Trust Estates means, collectively, the Junior Trust Estate together with the Senior Trust Estate.

Related to Trust Estates

  • Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of this Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Trust Property means as of any particular time any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which at such time is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or the Trustees in such capacity.

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.

  • Trust Funds means any cash comprised of (i) funds specifically and exclusively used for payroll Taxes, payroll and other employee benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s or its Subsidiaries’ employees, (ii) all Taxes required to be collected, remitted or withheld (including, without limitation, federal and state withholding taxes (including the employer’s share thereof) and (iii) any other funds (A) which any Loan Party holds on behalf of another Person and (B) which such Loan Party holds as an escrow or fiduciary for such Person.

  • Trust Student Loan means any student loan that is listed on the Schedule of Trust Student Loans on the Closing Date, plus any Additional Loan, plus any Substituted Loan that is permissibly substituted for a Trust Student Loan by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6(B) of the Sale Agreement or pursuant to Section 6(B) of an Additional Sale Agreement, or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement, but shall not include any Purchased Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of the Purchase Amount with respect thereto or any Liquidated Student Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of Liquidation Proceeds with respect thereto or following such Liquidated Student Loan having otherwise been written off by the Servicer.

  • Grantor Trust Provisions Subpart E of part I of subchapter J of the Code and Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-4(c).

  • Note A-3 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.
