Trust Equipment definition

Trust Equipment means all Equipment at the time subject to the terms of this Agreement. Trustee shall mean Harrxx Xxxst and Savings Bank, solely in its capacity as Trustee, and, subject to the provisions of Article Eight, any successor as trustee hereunder. Value, as used herein, shall mean an amount determined as follows:
Trust Equipment means the equipment and items which the Trust is to provide at the Facilities and any and all replacements of such equipment and any other equipment and items supplied, from time to time, to the House by the Trust (but excluding equipment provided by the Trust pursuant to the exercise of its rights under Clause 46A);
Trust Equipment means portable and removable equipment and material owned, controlled or provided by the Trust for the purposes of processing, storing, transmitting or transporting information. This includes Trust Devices as well as electronic removable media (memory sticks, CDs, DVDs, Bluray, tapes and similar).
