Holders of Certificates evidencing 67% or more of the aggregate Certificateholders' Interest of each outstanding Series (or, if so specified in the related Supplement, each Enhancement Provider for such Series) may, on behalf of all Certificateholders, waive any default described in paragraph (e) above and its consequences.
