Trust Activities definition

Trust Activities means the activities of the Trust described in Section 2.02;
Trust Activities means the activities of the Trust described in Section 2.2;

Examples of Trust Activities in a sentence

  • The Trustee will not be required to devote its entire time to the Trust Activities.

  • The Trustee, in doing anything or permitting anything to be done in respect of the execution of the duties of its office or in respect of the Trust Property or the Trust Activities is, and will be conclusively deemed to be, acting solely as trustee of the Trust and not in any other capacity.

  • The Trustee will have the power to perform and do all such other acts and things and to execute all such deeds, transfers, assignments, agreements or other instruments whatsoever as are necessary, proper or desirable in order to carry out the Trust Activities in accordance with this Agreement and the Voting Agreement although such acts or things, or deeds, transfers, assignments or other instruments are not herein specifically mentioned.

  • The Trustee will not be subject to any liability whatsoever, in tort, contract or otherwise, in connection with the Trust Property or the Trust Activities, to the Beneficiaries or to any other Person, for any action taken or permitted by it to be taken, or for its failure to take any action, in each case in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Trustee will have the power, subject to this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Voting Agreement, to possess and use the Trust Property in connection with the Trust Activities, including, without limitation, the power to exercise all of the Trust’s rights and perform all of the Trust’s obligations under the Voting Agreement.

  • The Issuer Trustee will have power to pay all taxes or assessments of whatever kind or nature imposed upon the Issuer Trustee and/or the Trust in connection with the Trust Property or upon or against the income from the Trust Activities or any part thereof, to settle and compromise disputed tax liabilities and, for the foregoing purposes, to make such returns and do all such other acts and things as may be deemed by the Issuer Trustee necessary or desirable.

  • In accordance with and subject to the terms of the Programme Agreements, the Issuer Trustee will have power to appoint, employ or contract with any Person as the Issuer Trustee may deem necessary or desirable for the transaction of the Trust Activities and may transfer assets to such Person and delegate to such Person any or all of the discretionary powers given to the Issuer Trustee with respect to the management of the Trust Property.

Related to Trust Activities

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Peak Market Activity means a measure of exposure for which credit is required, involving peak exposures in rolling three-week periods over a year timeframe, with two semi-annual reset points, pursuant to provisions of Tariff, Attachment Q, section V.A. Peak Market Activity shall exclude FTR Net Activity, Virtual Transactions Net Activity, and Export Transactions Net Activity. Peak Season:

  • investment services and activities means any of the services and activities listed in Section A of Annex I relating to any of the instruments listed in Section C of Annex I;
