Trust Act definition

Trust Act means the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, Title 12, Chapter 38 of the Delaware Code, Sections 3801 et seq., as amended from time to time during the term of this Agreement.
Trust Act means the Trust Act of Japan (Law No. 108 of 2006, as amended).
Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. C. Sections 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.
