Trust 2 definition

Trust 2 means the registered managed investment scheme known as Abacus Income Trust ARSN 104 934 287;
Trust 2 has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Trust 2 means Fideicomisco Avianca/Aces Lloyds 2, a trust organized under the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Trust 2 is defined in the Preamble to this Agreement.

Related to Trust 2

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Series Trust means the trust known as the Series 2000-2G Medallion Trust established pursuant to the Master Trust Deed and the Series Supplement.

  • Class B Pass Through Trust means the American Airlines Pass Through Trust 2013-1B created pursuant to the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement, as supplemented by Trust Supplement No. 2013-1B, dated as of the Original Issuance Date, between the Company and WTC, as Class B Trustee.
