Tripartite Committee definition

Tripartite Committee means the committee described in section 4.3.
Tripartite Committee has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.7.2.
Tripartite Committee means a committee consisting of a representative of the Minister, who shall be the chairman and two other members appointed by the Minister, one from a panel of persons nominated by or on behalf organizations of employers, and the other from a panel of persons nominated by or on behalf of organizations of employees.
