Trigon Plan definition

Trigon Plan means the Trigon Insurance Company 401(k) Restoration Plan.

Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives.   • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
