Trigger Date definition

Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
Trigger Date means the day following the date on which Section 9.1 Financials are delivered to the Administrative Agent for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2007.
Trigger Date as defined in Section 2.12(b).
