Tribal Water Right definition

Tribal Water Right means the right to divert and use water as confirmed by Article III of this Compact.
Tribal Water Right means the right to divert or use water as described by Articles II and III of this Compact.
Tribal Water Right means the right of the Crow Tribe, including any Tribal member, to divert, use, or store water as described in Article III of this Compact.

  • The basin closure applies only to new appropriations not excepted from the permit process, as provided in Section D.1., of Article IV, issued under state law and is not a limit on new development of the Tribal Water Right as set forth in this Compact.


More Definitions of Tribal Water Right

Tribal Water Right means the right of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Reservation to divert, use, or store water as described by Article III of this Compact.
