Tribal Gaming Operation definition

Tribal Gaming Operation means the entity, whether or not separately incorporated, that operates Class III gaming under tribal authority, and receives revenues, issues prizes and pays expenses in connection with Class III games authorized under this Compact.
Tribal Gaming Operation means the entity, whether or not separately incorporated, that is licensed by the Gaming Commission and that operates Class III gaming under Tribal authority, generates revenues, issues prizes and pays expenses in connection with Class III gaming authorized under this Compact.
Tribal Gaming Operation means the Tribal Business Entity that operates Class III Gaming under tribal authority, and receives revenues, issues prizes and pays expenses in connection with Class III Gaming authorized under this Compact.

  • The Tribal Gaming Operation shall prohibit patrons from using public assistance electronic benefits cards for the purpose of participating in any of the activities authorized by this Compact.

Tribal Gaming Operation or "Gaming Operation" means the enterprise operated by the Tribe that operates Class III gaming under tribal authority, and receives revenues, issues prizes and pays expenses in connection with Class III games authorized under this Compact, and includes both gaming and non-gaming activities.
