Trial Services definition

Trial Services means, collectively, Epicor’s online business application suite or portions thereof offered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis on a trial or controlled release (e.g., early release).

Trial Services shall have the meaning set forth in ANNEX A to Schedule 2.01(a).

Trial Services means any Nuvolo product, service or functionality that may be made available by Nuvolo to End Customer to try at End Customer’s option, at no additional charge, and which is designated as “beta,” “test,” “trial,” “non-GA,” “unpaid pilot,” “developer preview,” “non-production,” “evaluation,” or by a similar designation.

• For Trial Services ordered from Dell in the APEX Console (subject to Dell’s acceptance), each Trial Service commences on the date Dell first provides Customer with access to the Trial Service and the duration of the Trial Service is stated in the APEX Console (“Trial Term”).

• Free Trial Services are provided for evaluation purposes and not for production use.

• Customer shall have sole responsibility and PROS assumes no liability for any Customer Data that Customer may choose to upload on the Free Trial Services.
