Trial Operation definition

Trial Operation means the integrated operation of the Plant, system/ Equipment covered under the ‘Contract’ for a specified period at a specified load for providing trouble-free operation of the Plant/ system/ Equipment covered under the ‘Contract’.
Trial Operation means the process by which the Generator is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Plant prior to Commercial Operation.
Trial Operation means an incinerator test that is conducted pursuant to the requirements of an operating license to determine if the operation of the incinerator or other thermal treatment device is satisfactory.

Examples of Trial Operation in a sentence

  • Commercial Operation shall mean the status of the Small Generating Facility that has commenced generating electricity for sale, excluding electricity generated during Trial Operation, notice of which must be provided to the NYISO in the form of Attachment 9 to this Agreement.

  • Initial Synchronization Date shall mean the date upon which the Generating Facility is initially synchronized and upon which Trial Operation begins.

  • Commercial Operation shall mean the status of a Generating Facility that has commenced generating electricity for sale, excluding electricity generated during Trial Operation.

Trial Operation means the operation of the system for a period of 15 days without any disturbance.

The presence of the Contractor's representatives during the Trial Operation will be ensured at least in the scope necessary for a successful completion of the Trial Operation, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.
Trial Operation means the period of 30 (thirty) days continuous operation at various operating modes.
