Examples of Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price in a sentence
The term "Separate Debt Securities Purchase Price" means, on a date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of Separate Debt Securities to be remarketed multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal amount of the Pledged Debt Securities to be remarketed.
On the Initial Remarketing Date, the Remarketing Agent shall use reasonable efforts to remarket, at a price per Senior Note such that the aggregate price for the Applicable Principal Amount of Senior Notes is equal to approximately 100.5% of the Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price, Notes tendered or deemed tendered for purchase.
If the Collateral Agent receives such Proceeds, the Collateral Agent will, at the written direction of the Company, apply an amount equal to the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price to purchase from the Quotation Agent the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio and remit the remaining portion of such Proceeds, if any, to the Purchase Contract Agent for payment to the Holders of Income PRIDES.
Any proceeds in excess of those required to pay the Treasury Portfolio Purchase Price and the Remarketing Fee will be remitted to the Agent for payment to the Holders of the related Income PRIDES.
The use of income, and in particular any final distribution amount to be paid out, will be decided for each Share Class by the general meeting of Shareholders of the Fund, which may override the distribution provisions set out in the Prospectus.
