Examples of Travelling time in a sentence
Travelling time, fares and similar expenses for drivers, operators and any person supplied by the Owner, incurred at the beginning and end of the Hire Period and where appropriate return fare of the driver, operator and any person supplied by the Owner to his home will be chargeable at cost.
Travelling time outside ordinary working hours shall be paid for at ordinary rates up to a maximum of twelve hours in any twenty-four hour period, from the time of starting on the journey: Provided that, when the travelling is by boat, not more than eight hours shall be paid for in such period.
Travelling time allowance, where applicable, shall be paid at the appropriate hourly rate for the time spent in travelling, where the Consultant actually pays such an allowance.
Travelling time shall be calculated by reference to the use of the most practical and economic means of transport.
