TRAVELERS CHEQUE MEMBER definition

TRAVELERS CHEQUE MEMBER means a financial institution or other entity that is eligible for, and is elected by the Board of Directors of MCI to, membership pursuant to the bylaws of MCI and that participates or proposes to participate directly in the travelers cheque programs of MCI. "U.S. GAAP" means generally accepted accounting principles in the United States.
