Travel Plans definition

Travel Plans means the plans to promote sustainable transport and travel in respect of each Phase, the Nursery, the Primary School and the supermarket and to be prepared in accordance with the Travel Plan for the Development and the Framework Travel Plan dated May 2013 and the requirements of Schedule 7and the Travel Plan Principles and which comprise the Travel Plan for the Development, a travel Plan for each Phase the Travel Plan: Nursery, the Travel Plan: School and the Travel Plan: Supermarket.
Travel Plans means the Residential Travel Plan and the Employment Travel Plan
Travel Plans means those certain destination club travel plans of Buyer described on Exhibit D available to Members under Section 5.8(b) of this Agreement.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Travel Arrangements means: (a) transportation: (b) accommodations: and (c) other specified services arranged by the Travel Supplier for the covered trip.

  • Local Plan means a local or regional public transportation plan(s), which may include adopted policy(ies) that is developed and approved by the Governing Body of a Qualified Entity, Public Transportation Service Provider, or Metropolitan Planning Organization and which includes, at a minimum:

  • Health Plans means any and all individual and family health and hospitalization insurance and/or self-insurance plans, medical reimbursement plans, prescription drug plans, dental plans and other health and/or wellness plans.

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • flight plan means specified information provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft;

  • Transitional living program means a residential program that may be attached to an existing facility or operated solely for the purpose of assisting children to develop the skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living. The program may include, but shall not be limited to, reduced staff supervision, vocational training, educational services, employment and employment training, and other appropriate independent living skills training as a part of the transitional living program;

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).

  • Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.

  • travel distance means the distance an occupant has to travel to reach an exit.

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.
