Travel Center definition

Travel Center means, with respect to any Property, collectively, the hospitality, fuel and service facilities located at such Property, including, hotel, food and beverage services facilities, fuel pumps, facilities for the storage and distribution of petroleum products, retail shops and other facilities and services being operated or proposed to be operated on such Property.
Travel Center means a Property that is (a) developed as a travel related facility and, with respect to any Property acquired after the Agreement Date, conforms with, and is of a type consistent with, the Travel Centers owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Agreement Date, and (b) leased to an Operator pursuant to a Triple Net Lease.
Travel Center with respect to any Landlord Property, collectively, the hospitality, fuel and service facilities located at such Landlord Property, including, hotel, food and beverage services facilities, fuel pumps, facilities for the storage and distribution of petroleum products, retail shops and other facilities and services being operated or proposed to be operated on such Landlord Property.

Travel Center means the approximately seventy-four thousand (74,000) square foot, but in no case less than fifty-three thousand (53,000) square foot, travel center facility, including any related parking and landscaping, constructed, developed and equipped at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Xxxxxxxxx Road within the Travel Center Area.
Travel Center has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.

Related to Travel Center

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.
