Travel Business definition

Travel Business means (i) the business and operations of the Travel Distribution Services segment of Cendant as described in Cendant’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, (ii) any other business conducted primarily through the use of the Travel Assets prior to the Relevant Time and (iii) the businesses and operations of Business Entities acquired or established by or for Travelport or any of its Subsidiaries after the date of this Agreement.
Travel Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Travel Business means IAC's travel and travel-related businesses to be spun off to the Company as described in the Form S-4.

More Definitions of Travel Business

Travel Business means the business of providing (i) business travel services, (ii) business consulting services related to business travel services, services of the M&E Business or Other Business Travel Services, and (iii) Other Business Travel Services, provided, in each case of (i)–(iii), to Business Entities and such Business Entities’ employees or other authorized travelers of such Business Entities (e.g., non-employee contractors) in relation to the business purpose of the applicable Business Entity.
