  • Section .103(c) of the Travel Advance Policy (OAM #40.20.00.PO) is clarified to mean that an Agency will grant a travel advance to employees who: 1) specifically request a travel advance pursuant to Employer and Agency procedures and requirements; 2) travel infrequently where the employee’s regularly assigned duties do not include traveling; and 3) who are unable or not required by the Agency to obtain a State credit card for travel purposes.

  • Receivables resulting from cash advances that cannot be recovered from the traveler shall be cleared by charging the account indicated on the Travel Advance Request or Check Request form, or as otherwise designated by the accounting office.

Related to Travel Advance

  • Final Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(d).

  • Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Loan Disbursement Handbook means ADB’s Loan Disbursement Handbook (2012, as amended from time to time);

  • Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.

  • Facility A Loan means a loan made or to be made under Facility A or the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan.

  • Additional Advance means each additional loan that is made under an RBC Homeline Plan after the initial advance, including any new or additional advances, increases to principal, or further borrowings or extensions of the term, including in the case of any fluctuating account or accounts, revolving loans, or lines of credit, additional segments of such facilities made after the initial advance. They are referred to collectively as Additional Advances.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Cash Advance Fees shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for cash advance fees or similar terms.

  • Periodic Advance The aggregate of the advances required to be made by a Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to its Servicing Agreement or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee hereunder, the amount of any such advances being equal to the total of all Monthly Payments (adjusted, in each case (i) in respect of interest, to the applicable Mortgage Interest Rate less the applicable Servicing Fee in the case of Periodic Advances made by a Servicer and to the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate in the case of Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or Trustee and (ii) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reductions or reductions in the amount of interest collectable from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or similar legislation or regulations then in effect) on the Mortgage Loans, that (x) were delinquent as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, (y) were not the subject of a previous Periodic Advance by such Servicer or of a Periodic Advance by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be and (z) have not been determined by the Master Servicer, such Servicer or Trustee to be Nonrecoverable Advances.

  • Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • Working Capital Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • Program Preparation Advance (renamed as such pursuant to subparagraph 8 (c) above) is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • ‘Preparation Advance’ means the advance referred to in the Financing Agreement and repayable in accordance with Section 2.07.”

  • Initial Advance means the first Advance made pursuant to Article II.

  • Emergency Advance Any Servicing Advance, whether or not it is a Servicing Advance that, pursuant hereto, the Special Servicer is required to make (at its sole discretion in accordance with the Servicing Standard) or to request the Master Servicer to make, that must be made within three (3) Business Days of the Special Servicer obtaining actual knowledge that it must be made in order to avoid any material penalty, any material harm to a Mortgaged Property securing a Serviced Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination or any other material adverse consequence to the Trust Fund.

  • Cash Advance Fee means a cash advance fee or similar fee that is charged to an Account under the related Credit Card Agreement.

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • Agent Advance shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(e).
