Trash Removal. MNSCU shall provide the Leased Premises with a means or system of waste or trash disposal. Consistent with Minn. Stat. 16B.24, subd. 6(d), MNSCU shall provide space for recyclable materials. MNSCU shall provide recycling services at its expense.
Trash Removal. Renter understands there is NO DUMPING of trash on the property or in the dumpster(s) located on the property. The dumpster(s) on the lot are for office personnel and on-site management use ONLY. Renters are authorized and encouraged to use dumpster(s) for incidental trash disposal of reasonable quantity. Tenants shall not deposit any trash, refuse, cigarettes, or other substances of any kind within or out of the Building, except in the refuse containers provided therefore. No material shall be placed in the trash receptacles if such material is of such nature that it may not be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of removing and disposing of office building trash and garbage without being in violation of any law or ordinance governing such disposal. No tenant shall cause any unnecessary labor by reason of such tenant's carelessness or indifference in the preservation of good order and cleanliness.

  • Graffiti remover means a product labeled to remove spray paint, ink, marker, crayon, lipstick, nail polish, or shoe polish, from a variety of noncloth or nonfabric substrates. “Graffiti Remover” does not include “Paint Remover or Stripper,” “Nail Polish Remover,” or “Spot Remover.” Products labeled for dual use as both a paint stripper and graffiti remover are considered “Graffiti Removers.”

  • Emergency removal for purposes of this Policy shall mean removing a respondent from the District’s education program or activity on an emergency basis, provided that the District undertakes an individualized safety and risk analysis, determines that an immediate threat to the physical health or safety of any student or other individual arising from the allegations of sexual harassment justifies removal, and provides the respondent with notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision immediately following the removal.   • Paint remover or stripper means any product designed to strip or remove paints or other related coatings, by chemical action, from a substrate without markedly affecting the substrate. “Paint Remover or Stripper” does not include “Multi-purpose Solvent,” paint brush cleaners, products designed and labeled exclusively as “Graffiti Remover,” and hand cleaner products that claim to remove paints and other related coatings from skin.

  • Removal means a removal for disciplinary reasons from the student’s current educational placement other than a suspension and change in placement to an interim alternative educational setting (IAES) ordered by an impartial hearing officer because the student poses a risk of harm to himself or herself or others.

  • Legend Removal Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(c).

  • Monthly Minimum Removal Efficiency means the minimum reduction in the pollutant parameter specified when the effluent average monthly concentration for that parameter is compared to the influent average monthly concentration.

  • Adhesive remover means a product designed to remove adhesive from either a specific substrate or a variety of substrates. “Adhesive Remover” does not include products that remove adhesives intended for use on humans or animals.

  • Bug and tar remover means a product labeled to remove either or both of the following from painted motor vehicle surfaces without causing damage to the finish:

  • General purpose adhesive remover means a product designed or labeled to remove cyanoacrylate adhesives as well as nonreactive adhesives or residue from a variety of substrates. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” includes, but is not limited to, products that remove thermoplastic adhesives; pressure sensitive adhesives; dextrine or starch-based adhesives; casein glues; rubber or latex-based adhesives; as well as products that remove stickers; decals; stencils; or similar materials. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” does not include “Floor or Wall Covering Adhesive Remover.”

  • Trash means solids not considered to be highly flammable or explosive including, but not limited to clothing, rags, leather, plastic, rubber, floor coverings, excelsior, tree leaves, yard trimmings and other similar materials.

  • Unauthorized Removal means the Contractor’s removal of Key Personnel without the prior written consent of the State.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.
