Transportation Services Agreement definition

Transportation Services Agreement or “TSA” shall mean an agreement executed by Carrier and a Shipper.

Transportation Services Agreement or "TSA" means a transportation services agreement executed by a Priority Shipper or Committed Shipper for transportation on the Pipeline System.
