Transport Documents definition

Transport Documents means any and all relevant documents for the execution of the carriage of the Goods, including the waybill (consignment note) and/or any similar document, proof of delivery, temperature printout, packing list, and Customs Documents.
Transport Documents means a combined consignment note and wagon label, freight transit order, driver's instruction for road vehicles, container terminal order, container list, packing declaration for Dangerous Goods, Transport emergency cards ("tremcards") and the communication sent to Transnet Freight Rail in relation to Electronic Data Interchange transactions.
Transport Documents means any documents relating to the delivery of Materials such as for example but not limited to, transport documentation regarding quantity and/or quality, freight documents/ freight letters/OPD;

Transport Documents means all relevant transport documents for the execution of the Carriage of the Goods, including the CMR waybill, proof of delivery, temperature printout, packing list, acknowledgement of receipt of convoy costs and custom documents.
