Transplanted Population means, except as otherwise agreed by the parties to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, a population of Freshwater Fish or Wildlife that is intentionally introduced by Government or by an entity other than a Yukon First Nation, anywhere in the Yukon as part of a Freshwater Fish or Wildlife management program.

Transplanted Population means, except as otherwise agreed by the parties to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, a population of Freshwater Fish or Wildlife that is intentionally introduced by Government or by an entity other than a Yukon First Nation, anywhere in the Yukon as part of a Freshwater Fish or Wildlife management program. Specific Provision Tr'xxxxx Xxxx'in" means a person, or persons, enrolled under this Agreement in accordance with the criteria established in Chapter 3 - Eligibility and Enrollment. "Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in Constitution" has the same meaning as "Constitution" in the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in Self-Government Agreement. "Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in Council" has the same meaning as in the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in Constitution.   • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • Diagnosis means the definition of the nature of the Client's disorder. When formulating the Diagnosis of Client, CONTRACTOR shall use the diagnostic codes and axes as specified in the most current edition of the DSM published by the American Psychiatric Association. DSM diagnoses will be recorded on all IRIS documents, as appropriate.

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Antipsychotic medications means that class of drugs

  • Medication means any drug, chemical, compound, suspension, or preparation in suitable form for use as a curative or remedial substance taken either internally or externally by any person.

  • Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or "CPR" means artificial ventilation or external

  • Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.

  • Dose is a generic term that means absorbed dose, dose equivalent, effective dose equivalent, committed dose equivalent, committed effective dose equivalent, total organ dose equivalent, or total effective dose equivalent. For purposes of these regulations, "radiation dose" is an equivalent term.
