Transmission System Code definition

Transmission System Code means the code, approved by the Board, that is in force at the relevant time, which regulates the financial and information obligations of the Transmitter with respect to its relationship with customers, as well as establishing the standards for connection of customers to, and expansion of a transmission system;

Transmission System Code means the “Transmission System Code” approved by the OEB and in effect from time to time, which, among other things, sets the standards for a Transmitter’s existing Transmission System and for expanding the Transmitter’s transmission facilities in order to connect new customers to it or accommodate increase in capacity or load of existing customers.

Transmission System Code means the “Transmission System Code” established and approved by the Ontario Energy Board as amended or replaced from time to time.
