Transmission License definition

Transmission License means the license granted by the Appropriate Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under The Electricity Act, 2003;
Transmission License means the license granted by the Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under the Electricity Act;
Transmission License means a license granted under sub- section (1) (a) of section 19;
