Transmission Curtailment definition

Transmission Curtailment means a limitation on Seller’s ability to deliver any portion of the scheduled energy to PGE due to the unavailability of transmission to the Point of Delivery (for any reason other than Force Majeure).
Transmission Curtailment means an event that is initiated by a transmission provider through a curtailment to the E‑Tag as a result of transmission congestion or an outage on the path used to deliver «Customer Name»’s Dedicated Resource.

Transmission Curtailment means a limitation on Seller’s ability to deliver any portion of the scheduled energy to PGE due to the unavailability of transmission to the Point of Delivery or a generating facility limitation by a Transmission Provider (for any reason other than Force Majeure).

Related to Transmission Curtailment

  • Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.
