Transmission Costs definition

Transmission Costs means the charge for Network Transmission Service and Transmission Enhancement Charges, each as identified in the applicable OATT Tariff for the provision of transmission service by the ISO within the UDC’s service territory, and expressly excluding costs separately detailed as Transmission Reallocation Costs as defined below.

More Definitions of Transmission Costs

Transmission Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05.
Transmission Costs means the charge for Network Transmission Service and Transmission Cost Enhancement Charges, each as identified in the applicable OATT Tariff for the provision of transmission service by the ISO within the UDC’s service territory.

If at any time during the term of this Agreement the aforementioned UDCs discontinue collecting Transmission Cost Enhancement Charges and we again become responsible for collecting them, we will pass those costs through to you.
Transmission Costs means, for each Billing Period of each Contract Year, all capital, operating and other costs and expenses paid, payable, incurred or accrued by UAMPS during such Billing Period for the transmission of Electric Energy from the Point of Delivery to the Participant’s System Point of Receipt pursuant to the Transmission Agreements or otherwise. The Participant shall be responsible for the payment of Transmission Costs to UAMPS hereunder only to the extent that UAMPS has, at the request of the Participant, entered into or utilized Transmission Agreements for the transmission of Electric Energy from the Point of Delivery to the Participant’s System Point of Receipt.
Transmission Costs means all costs associated with the transmission of electricity from the product delivery point to the purchaser's point of receipt, including, transmission capacity charges, imbalance charges, independent system operator charges, and any additional costs requested from time to time, such additional costs to be approved by XLCA (if XLCA is the Controlling Party) in its reasonable discretion, as incurred by the Energy Manager.
