Transmission Agreements definition

Transmission Agreements means the NSTUA, the NBTUA, and the MEPCO TRA.
Transmission Agreements means the Analogue Transmission Agreement, the BBC DTT Transmission Agreement No. 1 and the BBC DTT Transmission Agreement No. 2 or any of them as the context requires.

More Definitions of Transmission Agreements

Transmission Agreements means the agreements entered into between Seller's Affiliate Avangrid Renewables, LLC and Transmission Provider, pursuant to Transmission Provider's FERC-approved OATT, to facilitate, pursuant to Exhibit H, Buyer's transmission service to enable delivery of the Project Energy over the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. Transmission Agreements are more fully described in Exhibit H.
Transmission Agreements means the Transmission Service and Operating Agreement between the Agency and PacifiCorp and such other transmission contract, agreement or tariff that may be used or entered into from time to time for the delivery of S-1 Electricity to the Members.
