Transitory Audio Data definition

Transitory Audio Data means data which has been stored temporarily for the sole purpose of enabling the transmission, reception, or immediate rendering of Commercial Audio Content but which (a) does not persist materially after such content has been rendered and (b) is not stored in a way which permits copying or storing of such data for other purposes.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
