Transitional Rules. (《過渡性規則》) means the Patents (Transitional Arrangements) Rules made under section 158 of the Ordinance;

More Definitions of Transitional Rules

Transitional Rules means transitional rules adopted by the Board under Article 14.4C of the constitution.
Transitional Rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.7, the following provisions shall apply:

Related to Transitional Rules

  • Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the then current version of the rules is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;
