Transitional Arrangements definition

Transitional Arrangements means arrangements for the provision of services, use of facilities, equipment and/or resources and access to and/or use of information in each case as may be necessary to allow the objective set out in clause 16 to be met;

Transitional Arrangements means the arrangements listed in Annex 2;

Transitional Arrangements means the arrangements set out in Schedule 2;

The Parties acknowledge and confirm that the deemed admission of an existing Party as a Meter Operator Party shall not affect that Party's rights and obligations under any agreement or arrangement relating to being an Operator entered into or existing between the Parties or any of them prior to such deemed admission, and that accordingly such agreement or arrangement shall continue notwithstanding the change and any reference to that Party being an Operator under this Agreement shall be construed as being an Operator as a Meter Operator Party.

Transitional Arrangements means transitional services agreements, and other agreements, covenants or arrangements in accordance with which HCA continues to provide facilities, goods or services to the Protected Hospitals subsequent to divestiture;
