Transition Services Period definition

Transition Services Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b).

• The Receiving Party may reduce the 36 month period by electing to not exercise the next Annual Extension Term, in which case the TSA shall terminate with respect to the Services provided to the Receiving Party (subject to the applicable Wind Down Period and Transition Services Period) as of the last day of the then current Term.

• In the event the Service Provider delivers the Service Provider Termination Notice to the Receiving Party, the TSA with respect to Services being provided to the Receiving Party shall terminate on the last day of that calendar month which is thirty six (36) months after the date of delivery of the Service Provider Termination Notice (subject to the applicable Wind Down Period and Transition Services Period).

More Definitions of Transition Services Period

Transition Services Period means the period specified in the Transition Services Agreement during which employees of Sellers provide services to Purchaser.
