Transition Remarketing definition

Transition Remarketing has the meaning set forth in the Notice.
Transition Remarketing means the remarketing of the MFP Shares by the Transition Remarketing Agent on behalf of the Beneficial Owners thereof pursuant to the Mandatory Tender in connection with the transition from the Variable Rate Mode to a new Mode.
Transition Remarketing has the meaning set forth in the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.

Related to Transition Remarketing

  • Remarketing Date means the Initial Remarketing Date or the Final Remarketing Date.
