Transition Notice definition

Transition Notice means the notice referred to in paragraph 2 of subsection 168.4 (6) of the Act;

Examples of Transition Notice in a sentence

  • To that effect, to the extent required in the Customer agreement, RingCentral will send to each Customer a Customer Transition Notice stating the specific Customer Transition Date.
