Transition Completion Date definition

Transition Completion Date refers to the date that the last PSEM law enforcement officer successfully completes the modified cadet training program designed by APD specifically for the transition process.
Transition Completion Date means the date on which the Transition Completion (as defined in the Transition Support Agreement) occurs.
Transition Completion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.5(a).

  • For purposes of calculating the required five (5) years of service, all service with APD after the Transition Completion Date plus up to three (3) years of continuous service in PSEM immediately prior to the effective date of this Article shall be counted toward the requirement.
